We are proud to be able to offer full accessible facilities for all of our visitors at Kennet Shopping. The following facilities can be found at Kennet Shopping:

Custom built Changing Places wheelchair adapted unisex toilets. These toilets are purpose built for our customers with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as serious physical impairments such as spinal injuries, muscular dystrophy, multiple or sclerosis. Features include hoist tracking system, height adjustable changing bench, peninsular toilet, height-adjustable basin and emergency alarm. Extra-large baby changing facilities located at all toilets.

'Quiet hours' every Wednesday from 9am - 12pm, to provide a more comfortable experience for visitors who can be affected by sensory overload or simply prefer a peaceful shopping experience!
